I took a 10-hour road trip from Manila to Iriga City (Bicol) to meet my girlfriend's family. I witnessed a lot of cool stuff driving on AH26 (Pan-Philippine Highway) and various other roads. I drove through Metro Manila, Dasmariñas, San Juan, Pagbilao, Atimonan, De La Salle Lipa, Padre Garcia Batangas, Iriga City and others.
I was also able to travel on the Quezon Eco-Tourism Road where I checked out the Dilampasigan Beach & Pool Resort (http://www.dalampasigan.net/), the Zig Zag Road and see the Quezon National Forest Park and many other cool attractions.
I'm looking to invest in some land in Bicol and I was able to get a really good look at what was available and what potential this land could have on a future investment in a Philippine farm/ranch operation.
This video is an introduction and just a part of a much bigger project called #RoadTrippinPhilippines🇵🇭 which will be an ongoing project that I will produce and publish in seasons and episodes from my Philippine road trips. This bigger project will include more music, info frames, transitions, drone footage and voice overs that will help the viewers learn more about the Philippines and all the wonder attractions that are available to enjoy.
This video (Part 1) of my trip from Manila to Iriga City highlights my time around Iriga City, while spending time with Liz's family and friends and exploring the family farm outside of town.
I added some cool banjo music to add to the appeal of the Bicol Region's rustic and agricultural environment with its laid-back, country-fied people.
