Heritage Travel Campaign-Part 3 (Fort Zachary Taylor State Park)
Part 3 of my "Heritage" travel campaign.
I visited the much anticipated Fort Zachary Taylor
Historic State Park in Key West. A Civil War-era fortification that was also used during the Spanish-American War, WW1, WW2, and even the "Bay of Pigs" incident. With every conflict came upgrades as the fort needed to be a modern defensive unit.
I also checked out the Hemingway House, Southernmost Point, and Jimmy Buffet's Original Margaritaville. I capped off the day with some drone footage of the upper Keys, including Islamorada.
